Protecting your rights at every patent and trademark office

We are committed to protect the property rights of natural persons or corporate entities at any patent or trademark office worldwide. These property rights can relate to a brand name, a technical invention such as a new product, device or process. In Europe, the EPO (European Patent Office), based in Munich, is responsible for examining and granting of European patents (and in the future also of Unitary patents). Community trademarks and designs are protected by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).  If the patent or trademark protection applies exclusively to Germany, the German Patent and Trademark Office (GPTO) is responsible. Our firm also represents you and your company in attacks against unitary patents or participate in infringement proceedings at the Unitary Patent Court (UPC) or German district courts.

As patent and trademark attorneys, we provide professional advice on patent or trademark registration, protection, and competent legal assistance in the event of a conflict in order to avert economic damage.

As authorized patent & trademark attorneys, we represent you at the following organizations and courts:

  • EPO (European Patent Office)
  • EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office)
  • BPATG (Federal Patent Court)
  • GPTO (German Patent and Trademark Office)
  • WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization)
  • UPC (United Patent Court)
